VITA
James Platts was born in Leicester, United Kingdom. At the age of 10 he began his ballet training at the Linda Williams Academy of Performing Arts in Leicester. In 2017 he continued his training at the Tring Park School for the Performing Arts. In 2022 he came to Stuttgart to attend the John Cranko School from which he graduated in summer 2024.
During the 2024/25 season James Platts is an apprentice with the Stuttgart Ballet.
