The Stuttgart Ballet had a long and intensive relationship with the renowned French choreographer Maurice Béjart. For the last 40 years the company he founded has regularly appeared in Stuttgart – as will be the case in this 60th Anniversary season. The Swiss-based company will dance a new work by its current Artistic Director Gil Roman set to music by the contemporary composer John Zorn and will then share the stage with the Stuttgart Ballet in Béjart’s Songs of a Wayfarer and Bolero.

Projected performances: June 2021, Opera House
