Advance booking
Mail orders via post, fax, e-mail and online order blank as well as group orders are accepted at any time. They will be processed at the beginning of the regular booking period (see above) in the order in which they are received, at the same time as orders via telephone and box office.
It is advisable to order at an early stage and name alternatives (dates, seats) in case your first wish cannot be coincided with.

Booking periods / Pre-selling
As of September 1, you will again receive tickets for our performances two months before the respective performance date. With this, we will end the monthly advance sale and return to selling tickets by the day two months in advance.
We charge a service fee of 1,50€ for postal dispatch or deposit.
Print@home tickets will be sent via e-mail with bookings made online or via telephone. Please bring your printed ticket along when attending a performance.

Ticket purchase and reservations
Day tickets / evening box office
At all venues, the evening box office opens one hour before the performance (also at morning and afternoon performances). The evening box office is for day tickets only, pre-selling is not possible.
Vouchers
Vouchers can be purchased online, via telephone or at the box office. Vouchers for self-printing are available in our online shop and via telehpone. Vouchers are valid for a period of three years.

Please check your tickets for accuracy and completeness immedeately after purchasing. Later complaints can not be considered. Tickets and vouchers can not be exchanged. Print@home tickets need to be personalised due to our public transport partner's requirements (name and birthdate).
Change of performances, performance dates, seats or cast changes do not justify any right of return. We strive for compensation in case of performance cancellations. Please check our general terms and privacy policy for these and more information.
